Double Corrosion Protection with Zalcote® Coating*
Zalcote® is a two-layer hot dip galvanised coating system that’s formulated to last four times longer than regular zinc-based hot dip galvanised coating. The outer layer consists of powder coating mixed with a zinc and aluminium, while the inner layer is the galvanised with a mix of zinc, aluminium and iron.
Zalcote-coated products undergo testing in the environment of Belmont Beach and has proven to keep rusting at bay for four years at the minimum. This impressive all-weather resistance reflects on our welded mesh fencing panels.
