Step 2: Review Our Trading Terms

By setting up an account, you agree to the following trading terms:

  • Payment Terms: All invoices are due within 14 days from the end of each month.
  • Job Reference Numbers: Each job will be assigned a unique JB Number from our system, and we require your Ref Number for accurate tracking and billing.
  • Approval and Quotation: Quotes must be approved by the agency before work is scheduled. Once approved, the job is considered confirmed.
  • Access Requirements: Tenants must provide access to the site on scheduled job days. If our team cannot access the property due to locked gates or pets, a $250+GST call-out fee will be applied.
  • Notifications: Tenants will receive notification of job scheduling via text and email, two days before the job and a reminder the night before or on the day of the job.
